Project Management
Managing a project is incredibly time consuming and frustrating. We will manage the delivery of your project. Monitor that works progress according to schedule, milestones are delivered in time. We will give you early warnings if works are delayed and what are the implications ( how a delay will impact other works). Decisions taken early and well informed will reduce completion times and cost. We will put in place a schedule of visits in person where we discuss with the builders and appraise progress.
Financing
If you need further financing we will help you understand what are your options and what are the ways to get access to financing. We work with finance professionals and accountants.

When you go out there you’ll quickly find out that it is not easy to find the right tradespeople/companies/suppliers at the right cost. Quotes, when you are lucky to get them, are irrational and lead times too long. How would you know if you can trust them or if they can deliver?
